A purchase of online coaching includes a link to a shared google sheet with coach Desi Cooney. This sheet includes your individualized annual plan, your current and former training blocks, and all of your specific warmups and drills. This sheet is checked frequently and updated regularly by your coach, so you always know exactly what to do when you get to the gym. It includes the opportunity for you to provide real-time feedback in the form of notes and an RPE menu, which helps your coach tailor the program to your rate of progress. This service is billed monthly and has limited spots available.
