This service is billed up front for 3 months, and includes:

• A custom program, updated by the block and delivered via google sheets with an accompanying block overview video

• Daily communication with your coach during business hours (24 hour response time maximum) and weekly checkins via email.

• Technique analysis of your lifts via video sharing

• Meet day handling (where possible) or planning

• Access to the Outlier Team Forum, Member’s Area, and quarterly team events

• A free competition t-shirt

• One free 60-minute personal training session in Lincoln, Nebraska. Redeemable at any point during your 3 months.
